The Passport office appointment system is the official online portal for scheduling appointments at Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) or Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs) across India. How to Book Your Appointment: Step-by-Step

Visit: www.passportindia.gov.in
Register/Login: New users: Click “Register Now” (email and mobile number required)
  Existing users: Login with User ID/Email and password
Fill Application Form:

Select “Apply for Fresh Passport/Reissue of Passport”

  1. Choose application type (Normal/Tatkal)
  2. Fill out your form in all sections accurately as per your match documents and submit the form.

Appointment:  Finally, pay your passport fee and take an appointment.

7. Policy Bond issued by the Life Insurance Corporation (LIC)

H. Registered Rent Agreement along with a declaration from the landlord
I. A copy of the passport of the applicant’s spouse (if married)

Photoes a.  Need 5 copies of photos with a white background.
b. Photo is only applicable for a minor child aged up to 5.
c. Photo size is size (4.5 x 3.5 cm), with the face up 80-85%.

 Police Verification for Passport Appointment

1. Resident certificate from the local councillor or panchayat pradhan.
2. Current voter list with your photo.
3. Voter cards of the father, mother, and applicant.
4. Applicant Birth Certificate, Discharge Certificate / Polio Card.
5. Qualification certificate for the father, mother, and applicant.
6. If a government employee needs an identity card, NOC, and a pension book.
7. The old land deed and the BLRO land record are required.
8. Applicant’s, father’s, and mother’s identity proof and address proof.
9. All details must be xeroxed and the original.
