Passport Office Trivandrum & Kerala – Contact Number
The Passport Office, Trivandrum, started functioning in 1992. The head office is located at Karalkada Junction, Trivandrum. It covers 18 passport office state of Kerala, viz. Kollam City, Kollam Rural, Pathanamthitta, Trivandrum City, and Trivandrum Rural.
In Kerala, there are three types of passport offices. The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) maintains them. The office types are:
- Regional Passport Office (RPO): This is the Regional Head Office of Trivandrum that handles final approvals and printing.
- Passport Seva Kendra (PSK): This centre processes documents and biometric verification. (e.g., PSK Trivandrum)
- Post Office Passport Seva Kendra (POPSK): In small town passport application process is handled by the head post office.

Address Requirements for Students: A student may have more than one address, particularly when studying away from home. 6.
