- Standard design – Available in original leather and polyurethane (black, brown, brown/tan/Bright Pink/blue/green)
- Premium design – Available in original leather (Black/Brown/Tan/Bright Pink/Blue/Green)

Terms and Conditions for The Cover
- The Cover service is benefited by Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) on behalf of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
- The cover will be delivered by TIL through courier or speed post to the cover applicants according to their address within 15 business days of a successful passport cover application at Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).
- Simply the delivery of the cover is based on the applicants according to their address issued by the passport application form. Delay or non-delivery shall not be responsibility responsibility of TIL or TCS’.

10/04/2025 New Passport update for Marriage Certificate The ministry has also made it clear that in order to remove a spouse’s name from a passport, a divorce decree or order is still mandatory. A source stated that to change the name of a spouse on the passport, applicants must provide a divorce decree, death certificate of the first spouse, a re-marriage certificate, or a Joint Photo Declaration (Annexure J) signed by both parties.
