Terms and Conditions for The Cover
- The Cover service is benefited by Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) on behalf of Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India
- The Cover will be delivered by TIL through courier or speed post to the Cover applicants according to their address within 15 Business days of successful Passport Cover Application at Passport Seva Kendra (PSK).
- As Per simply the delivery of the Cover is based on the applicants according to their address issued by the Passport application form. Delay or non- delivery shall not be responsible by TIL’s or TCS’.

Passport Problem and Solutions
Q. How many days or time it will take to get passport?
A. As per the passport rule, a tatkal passport gets in 5 days after the appointment, and a normal passport gets in 25 to 45 days after the appointment.
Q. Do I need to carry photos at passport Seva Kendra or Office?
A. As per rules, children under the age of five require a passport-sized photo (4.5 x 3.5 cm), while over the age of five do not require a photo at their appointment.
Q. How do I schedule to book a passport appointment online?
A. You go to Passport Seva Kendra Portal and log in with your existing login ID and password. Click Payment and Appointment appointment, then choose the passport office and date, and book a scheduled appointment.
